For laboratories that require maintenance with response time and a flexible budget
Bank Hours removes the friction, hassle and inconvenience out of receiving field engineering services by providing service coverage based on the client’s budget. Here’s how it works:
Service credits work like a bank. Deposits and withdrawals can be applied to service items customized to client’s needs including labor, travel, planned maintenance, parts, technical assistance, parts delivery and additional services.
All platforms apply, and can be applied to other services like training, or relocation/moves. Travel is applied and withdrawn from Bank Hours at 1/2 hourly rate.
Full Maintenance Service Agreement
For laboratories that require comprehensive maintenance with response time and budget
Provides service coverage over a fixed length of time including scheduled planned maintenance, labor, travel and related expenses, repair parts, technical telephone supports, parts delivery and additional services customized to client’s needs.
Planned Maintenance (PM)
For laboratories that require periodic maintenance of systems for proper operation.
PM on a periodic basis as required by the client to maintain instrumentation in good repair and is charged by the event.
Per Incident Maintenance
For laboratories that request service as required.
Clients obtain quality service from our professional service engineers on a time and materials basis.
