Overbrook Support Services is involved in the "Spread the Science" program, which provides donations to universities and other academic institutions. Overbrook believes all scientists around the globe should have the resources to explore, innovate and discover.
Donations that Make a Difference
Overbrook recently donated a reconditioned Perkin Elmer Liquid Handler to Dr. Arsen Arakelyan, Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB) of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. In just seven months, Dr. Arakelyan and his colleagues have been able to produce 100,000 COVID-19 test kits tailored to the unique challenges of Armenia’s biomedical infrastructure.
Donations can make a difference –
partnering with Seeding Labs, a non-profit organization that through donations from laboratories, manufacturers and service providers, equips scientists worldwide with scientific instrumentation.
